With extensive experience as a clinician and manager of human services, Lenore's research focuses on translating evidence into practice to improve aged and dementia care. Using co-design and involving older people in research, creates outcomes aligned to priorities and the needs of older people and capacity of the aged care workforce. Lenore is currently working in ELDAC in Adelaide, focussed on improving the end of life experiences for older people, their families and aged care staff.
