I'm a journalist, editor, corporate writer and communication consultant and I've been a member of AAG since about 2009 when I was editor of Australian Ageing Agenda and entered into a partnership with AAG which continues today. Since 2014 I have worked in other publishing roles, as a campaigner (founding member of the EveryAGE Counts campaign targeting ageism), and corporate comms contracting with a range of clients in ageing related fields including Dementia Training Australia (University of Wollongong), Mable, Australian Journal of Dementia Care, Brisbane North Primary Health Network and AAG! In semester 1, 2023 I am studying full time for a Certificate 2 in radio broadcasting and podcasting! Yep, I want to do an ageing podcast next!
